Unlimited Wash Terms and Conditions
- Cascades Car Wash provides Unlimited Washes for most wash packages. Membership is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of the original purchase date. This is a recurring charge. Memberships can also be purchased for a single month for a slightly higher price. This is non-recurring charge.
- Cascades Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary; including terminating a membership for unauthorized or fraudulent use.
- Membership can be cancelled by visiting any location, emailing from website, or calling 800-482-0562. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
- Notice will be given in the event Cascades increases the monthly price of the monthly wash pass by posting notice on the customers' receipt. Notices on the receipt will begin not less than 30 days prior to the price change.
- Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of the wash.
- Memberships are tracked by vehicle tag numbers. Cascades does not sell any information obtained from pass customers. All information is kept confidential. Usage of the members' tag with any other vehicle is prohibited and shall be grounds for immediate membership termination.
- By enrolling in the recurring Unlimited Wash program, you agree that the credit card provided will be automatically charged the amount of your membership. You also agree that you waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in your agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
- Unlimited Washes can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
- Unlimited Washes are limited to once per day (We will keep your vehicle clean, but this is only to keep people from entertaining their pets by taking them through the wash multiple times).
- Not all locations have every product or service at the same price.
Buy one wash at regular price and receive the next 30 days free. To receive the next 30 days free the customer must agree to automatic billing at full price for a minimum of 3 months. Early cancellation will result in a charge to the card on file for the discount received the first month. Discount is only available to recurring passes and is not available on non-recurring passes.
