Unlimited Wash FAQ
Q: Is the membership per family or per car?
A: The Unlimited Wash Club membership is per car. For example--if you wish to have two cars enrolled, you may purchase a family pass for up to three vehicles.
Q: Can I use my membership at all of your locations?
A: Yes/No. You may use your Unlimited Wash at any Cascades location that offers the corresponding wash for the pass you have purchased. Not all locations currently have the same menu.
Q: How do I change/cancel my membership?
A: Memberships can be cancelled by visiting any location, emailing from this website, or calling 800-482-0562. If we don't answer right away, we are assisting another customer, away from our desk, or it is after hours. PLEASE leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Q: If I cancel, do I get the rest of the time that I've already paid for?
A: Yes. You will get the rest of the time you've paid for up until the day before your anniversary date. For example, if your account was set to renew on the 2nd of the month, you would have until the 1st of the month to use your membership.
Q: How does Cascades know I have a membership when I visit the wash?
A: Cascades Car Wash tracks your membership by the tag on your vehicle. Our computer system is networked together, so regardless of which location you visit your information will available once your tag number is entered by the Service Advisor.
Q: I bought a new car. How do I transfer my membership?
A: Go to any Cascades Car Wash and let them know that bought a new car. They will change the information in our system an within minutes it will be distributed over the Cascades network to all Cascades locations.
Q: I need to update my credit card info. What do I do?
A: If you have a new credit card, if your card was stolen, or need to otherwise update your credit card info; visit the nearest location. For security reasons we do not accept credit card changes by email or phone.
